The Pesaro-Casteldurante Collection (given the limited edition and its uniqueness) is not available in large stock so please inquire for estimated shipping time and availability. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Because of its handcrafted nature, majolica must be handled with care. The ceramics are NOT safe for use in oven or microwave. To reduce the tendency of ceramics to craze we suggest you: - use the low-energy/air dry cycle on your dishwasher; - place a metal spoon in your mug, cup or teapot while pouring hot liquid to deflect some of the heat. If you wish to return purchases or items received as gifts, please, within 2 weeks from delivery, call Customer Service at 415-362-4570 or come in to the store to arrange an exchange or receive store credit (excluding delivery charges). We do not offer refunds on purchases. Returned merchandise must be carefully packed using the original packaging as a guide.
